The Product Manager acts as an entrepreneur for the assigned segment, driving profitable growth in alignment with the global strategy of the Light Solution (LSO) product line.
- Define a 5-year IC Driver product roadmap in the consumer/industrial segment to guide customers and internal organizations
- Work alongside the sales and engineering teams to prepare Statements of Work (SoWs) with direct customers in the consumer/industrial sector
- Develop product volume and revenue forecasts, monitor financial performance, and contribute to the profitable growth of the product line
- Analyze key applications and market trends, conduct competitive benchmarking, and derive strategic implications for the assigned portfolio (e.g. ASSP roadmap)
- Manage the portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle, with a focus on owning the pricing strategy, developing customer-specific quotes, and conducting business case calculations
- Collaborate closely with various functions, including other product managers, system architects, business intelligence, regional marketing, and sales, to ensure the success of the assigned product portfolio
- Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve target
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or similar
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in product marketing or product management within semiconductor field
- Experience in global, multicultural environment
- Pronounced marketing skills, preferably with experience on technical B2B products
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude to interact successfully with internal and external stakeholders on all levels
- Team player contributing with both, marketing competency and hands on support when needed
- Fluent in English
