Are you passionate about leveraging digital health technology (DHT) to revolutionize healthcare? At Roche, we are seeking a dedicated Business Product Manager to join our International Business Team. This pivotal role will drive the product vision and execution of our innovative digital biomarker solutions for Neurology, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our BioPharma customers and their clinical trials.
You will be responsible for gathering deep BioPharma customer insights and developing accurate clinical trial product requirements that lead to desired outcomes. You will develop a winning customer value proposition for the product and be in charge of developing the business plans, competitive strategies, pricing analyses, sales/revenue forecasts, product positioning plans, launch plans and ensure successful business execution. You will lead cross-functional teams’ alignment and guide the product focus of the experts and squads. As such, you will closely work with other product managers and cross-functional stakeholders across Roche Diagnostics Global & Affiliate organizations.
Your upcoming mission:
Product Roadmap & Customer Engagement:
Grow our existing Digital Biomarker in clinical trial business
Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
Collaborate with the Scientific Solution Manager to leverage scientific data insights and customer feedback to discover, develop and scale a product that is desirable, feasible and viable.
Together with the Scientific Solution Manager, develop and cultivate networks with key opinion leaders for Neuroscience as well as with key stakeholders within the company.
Identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation to enhance performance.
Segmentation & Product Support:
Evolve digital biomarker clinical trial products to meet target customer needs.
Align commercial and marketing support with the product roadmap.
Guide marketing collateral creation and resolve product design issues.
Business Case Development:
Forecast and optimize revenue opportunities.
Develop and present business cases to stakeholders.
Participate in pricing strategy development and product sales performance evaluation.
Product Discovery & Delivery:
Drive new product launches and align cross-functional teams on product missions.
Act as the primary contact for BioPharma customers.
Communicate strategies, insights, and results to diverse audiences, and conduct customer visits for continuous product improvement.
Essential skills for your mission:
Experience:
7+ years in product management and sales in healthcare, health tech, CRO, or personal health apps.
Expertise in chronic disease management and Neurology.
Understanding of Health Tech and Pharma industry trends, lifecycle, and development processes.
Experience in Clinical Research Organization (CRO) is a plus.
Leadership & People Development:
Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Management Skills:
Strategic thinking, clear communication, and organizational skills.

In Austria, mySugr has a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross 3.455 - per month for this position. But!
