YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commercial support of the project managers to ensure the economic success of global customer projects
• Coordination of ongoing projects with the technical project managers
• Detection and proactive communication of deviations (time, cost, cash flow)
• Monitoring and support of project costs as well as assessment of risks in the global project system
• Support in claim management
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements according to UGB and IFRS
• Further development of the global project system (key figures, digitalization, BI)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (University of Applied Sciences, University) in the economic or technical-economic field
• At least two years of professional experience in the field of controlling environment
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office (especially Excel) and Power-BI is an advantage
• Good project management and communication skills as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel <10 percent (occasion-related)
• Very good knowledge of German and English in order to work successfully in an international environment

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.480,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
