Your key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities from strategic marketing plans to build new solutions addressing the same, by customer segments (integrators, feed mills, distributors, consultant network, etc.) and by markets (EMEA, APAC, China, NA, LATAM)
• Lead the commercial workstream in innovation projects for new solutions with responsibility for target product profile, go-to-market strategy, regional onboarding and engagement and business case
• Develop differentiated positioning, including application programs and value proposition for ANH solutions portfolio
• Coordinate with the regions, operating units, and local markets to execute the launch of new solutions
• Provide technical support to key customers & other key industry stakeholders such as genetic companies for ANH solutions portfolio together with the local teams
• Track competitor activities and gather intelligence on their competing offerings against our solutions
• Collaborate with regional and OU teams to define the fees & grants allocation for ANH solutions portfolio
• Develop strong relationships and network with respective specie experts across ANH and ensure they are trained on new solutions

You bring

• Phd in Ruminant Nutrition
• Over 7 years of marketing and technical expertise in the global animal nutrition and or health industry
• Solid business background and interest in commercial business development, marketing concepts, and solution selling environment
• Deep understanding of Species markets, nutrition or health needs and business drivers
• Excellent communication skills at all levels (ie storytelling ability tailored to audience)
• Fluent in English, all written and spoken.
